Booking Information: When you make a booking, we collect passenger names, contact numbers, travel dates, and route details necessary to fulfil your reservation.
Payment Information: We collect payment-related information such as transaction references and payment method type. We do not store full credit card numbers or M-Pesa PINs — payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and usage patterns to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
Location Data: With your consent, we may collect your location to show nearby stations and provide live trip tracking. You can disable location access in your device settings at any time.

We use the information we collect to:

- Bus Operators: Passenger names and contact details are shared with the operator for the trip you booked, solely for boarding and safety purposes.
- Payment Processors: Transaction data is shared with our payment partners (e.g., M-Pesa, card processors) to complete your payment.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services for SMS delivery (Twilio), hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure token-based authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are kept for a minimum of 2 years for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
